The idea of providing support to foster children was birthed after interactions by our founder with children being separated from their families after sexual trauma.  Her interactions with social workers, afforded her the opportunity to hear the challenges faced by those who care for this vulnerable population.  She was troubled learning many of the children leave their homes with only the clothes on their back.  Also, she became aware that thousands of these children will continue their years in foster care and age out.  She began to expand her vision to include those who will reach the age of maturity while in care.  She wanted to make a difference that will change the trajectory of their lives.
